A contact is any unique individual in your ClusterZap database. Billing is based on active contacts — not total database size. Unsubscribed and suppressed contacts are not billed.
What is the contract length?
OmniShakti is pay-as-you-use with no minimum. ClusterZap is available on monthly or annual billing (annual offers a discount). CZ Serviced is contracted quarterly or annually.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes. Enterprise volume discounts are available for large databases and high sending volumes. Contact us to discuss.
